2. Types of Users

We generally work with two main user types (plus variations of each):

Advertisers

Brands, agencies, app owners, and merchants who wish to run campaigns, acquire users, generate leads, or drive sales through our network.

Publishers / Affiliates / Influencers

Individuals or companies who promote Advertiser campaigns using their websites, apps, social channels, email lists, media buying, or other approved traffic sources.

Other roles (such as sub-networks, agencies, or media partners) may also be onboarded under special conditions.

3. Our Services

Arabian Affiliates provides, among other things:

  • Access to campaigns and offers from Advertisers (“Offers”).
  • Tracking links, creatives, and promotional materials.
  • A performance dashboard showing clicks, installs, leads, sales, and other metrics.
  • Tools to manage campaigns, traffic, and payout reporting.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the website at any time.

4. Offers

Each Offer may include specific terms and conditions, such as:

  • GEO targeting
  • Allowed traffic types
  • Payout model and rate
  • Conversion event definition (install, purchase, lead, registration, etc.)
  • Creative usage rules
  • Brand/legal guidelines

By promoting an Offer, you agree to comply with all terms specific to that Offer in addition to these Terms.

5. Payout Models

We may work on various performance models, including but not limited to:

  • CPI (Cost Per Install)
  • CPA (Cost Per Action)
  • CPL (Cost Per Lead)
  • CPS (Cost Per Sale)
  • CPM (Cost Per Mille / impressions)

The applicable model and rate for each Offer will be agreed in the Offer details or in your commercial agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, technology, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to Arabian Affiliates Ltd. and are protected by applicable IP laws.
  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tracking links, creatives, and tools solely to promote Offers and use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
